housing is a human right
healing from the streets up.
HOUSING IS A HUMAN RIGHT.
Homelessness isn’t a choice.
And it shouldn’t even be an option.
You’re a human. You have rights. You deserve hope. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you’ve come from. Everybody deserves a safe place to call home, which is why we dedicate a major portion of our efforts to helping veterans and the formerly incarcerated secure housing –– not just for today but for the days ahead.
RE-ENTRY

Individuals are supervised by their Community Supervision Officer and will be provided with meal assistance and other support they need.
Our Transitional Housing program offers a newfound hope for men being released from the penal system. It’s time for a fresh start.
It includes:
-
12-step program for individuals seeking recovery from alcohol and drug addiction.
-
All meals included.

second chance diversion program
Prison shouldn't be the only option.
First-time offenders or those charged with a nonviolent crime may be eligible for our Second Chance Diversion Program. This program reflects our pure grit and determination to rehabilitate individuals and provide an alternative to jail or prison.
These alternatives include:
-
Court supervision where the offender must abide by certain court-ordered restrictions while in the program.
-
Conditions range from weekly communication to more intensive levels of supervision including random drug screenings or home confinement.
-
Courts may require an offender to wear a GPS and/or an alcohol monitoring device to ensure compliance with their conditional release.
Transitioning back to society after years in prison can be one of the most challenging experiences one can face.
This housing program is geared towards long-term offenders or “lifers” seeking support after years of incarceration.
We provide:
-
Nutrition assistance
-
Support services and resources
-
Programming with housing and supervision in a safe, clean, and drug-free environment
-
Comprehensive services that focus on long-term needs, such as employment, education, stress management and life skills.
